Event Space Rental: Space availability after 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.  $150 per hour with a set up fee of $150.  Our event space can accommodate up to 60 people along with access to full kitchen.

Green Spaces Services:

Mailbox: Your own mailbox for your company's mail delivery with your company's name.

Intern Program: Provides your company with appropriate interns as well as recruitment and management of interns for project work.

Newsletter Advertizing: Feature a story about your company, an upcoming event, or announcement in our quarterly newsletter.  It is dispersed to a network of over 4000 green professionals in NYC.

Partner Introductions: Recommendations for partners that provide bookeeping, accounting, marketing, graphic design,  technological, and sustainability consulting assistance to help launch your company.

Desk Space: Your own desk area for setting up your office.  This includes filing cabinet, desk, chair, and light. Feel free to add more as well as decorate!

Lounge Space: Open desk areas with wireless internet access to work daily.

Conference Room Space: Area that seats up to 14 people with dedicated speaker phone line, wireless internet, presentation board, and more.
